I am kindergarten teacher at LCWM Schools and a postpartum doula. I have been involved in the center since it was just an idea floating around in my mind. I feel very strongly that quality child care should be available to everyone, which is why I am a board member. My husband and I have four children of our own and we live in Lake Crystal.

Vice Chair
Natalie Schuette
I have three kids, two at the elementary school, and one at Little Lakers in the preschool room. I have been fortunate to live in the Lake Crystal community for over 10 years. I work at MNSU in Student Health Services. I am passionate about ensuring our community has a thriving daycare center that supports the growth and development of our children.

I was raised in Lake Crystal and graduated from LCWM. My husband, Logan, and I are parents to our 2-year-old daughter, Hadley, with baby #2 on the way. Hadley has attended Little Lakers since she was 6 months old, and we’re excited to continue our relationship with the facility.
I hold a Dietetic Degree from NDSU and have extensive leadership experience. I’m passionate about building strong teams and implementing strategies to achieve business goals. As a Board Director, I’m committed to supporting Little Lakers in providing exceptional care for children and families in our community.
